Sundowner Logistics Center needed a full roof replacement across a working distribution campus without interrupting loading dock operations or shipping schedules. We sequenced the tear-off and TPO installation zone by zone, keeping active dock doors clear throughout construction.
The completed system covers 110,000 SF, engineered for the wind exposure and thermal cycling typical of large-format Texas distribution roofs.
