Melyssa plays a vital behind-the-scenes role, supporting the field and sales teams by managing the administrative tasks that keep projects moving. While our crews and project managers focus on building and solving problems in the field, Melyssa handles the paperwork and internal coordination that make their work possible. With prior experience working for the State of Colorado, she brings a strong understanding of public-sector processes and high compliance standards. Her consistency, organization, and perfectionist-level attention to detail help the entire team operate more efficiently and stay focused on what they do best.

Mario is a highly skilled and experienced roofer with hands-on expertise in over 1,000 roofing projects across various systems, including asphalt, metal, EPDM, TPO, SPF, BUR, SBS, PVC, and a wide range of coatings. With more than five years at Strong Contractors, Mario plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution, consistently bridging communication between the crew and executive leadership. His deep technical knowledge, fluency in English, and commitment to excellence make him a trusted leader on job sites and a client favorite. Mario’s leadership and attention to detail have earned him the respect of both clients and colleagues, further enhancing Strong Contractors’ reputation for quality and reliability.

Reinaldo serves as Quality Control and Safety Manager for Strong Contractors, bringing hands-on field experience and a strong commitment to safe, compliant job sites. He holds OSHA-30 certification and has completed the 40-hour EM 385-1-1 training, demonstrating proficiency in federal safety standards. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he supports clear communication between field crews and project stakeholders. Reinaldo enforces safety protocols, conducts site inspections, and maintains daily logs to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. His attention to detail supports consistent quality control and a safe working environment across all projects.

Luis Rodriguez serves as Strong Contractors’ Lead Metal Specialist and brings more than 30 years of experience in architectural sheet metal fabrication and installation. Throughout his career, he has worked with multiple commercial metal fabrication companies, developing extensive expertise in the fabrication, installation, and field modification of coping systems, edge metal, flashings, gutters, downspouts, and other custom sheet metal components. Luis oversees all sheet metal installation activities for Strong Contractors, coordinating fabrication requirements, ensuring proper fit and finish, and maintaining compliance with project specifications and industry standards. His decades of experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship help ensure every project is completed with precision, durability, and a professional appearance.
