Front Range Business Park needed a full tear-off and re-roof across a multi-building commercial complex — without shutting down a single tenant’s operations. We sequenced the work building by building, coordinating access, parking, and noise-sensitive hours with property management and every tenant on site.
The completed system covers 185,000 SF of 60-mil Carlisle TPO membrane with fully adhered insulation and custom sheet metal detailing at every roof edge and penetration.
