Desert Ridge Medical Plaza needed a roofing system built for sustained extreme heat and intense UV exposure, without disrupting active clinical operations. We installed a highly reflective coating system engineered to reduce rooftop surface temperatures and ease the load on the facility’s cooling systems.
The completed 55,000 SF system extends the life of the existing roof while cutting rooftop heat gain across the medical campus.
